Daniel Kwong is Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Security Services at CITIC Telecom CPC, where his primarily role is ensuring the optimal delivery and operation of CITIC Telecom CPC’s IT infrastructure and applications services. In addition to that responsibility, Mr. Kwong has also spearheaded such initiatives as managing and developing TrustCSI™ information security and SmartCLOUD cloud computing services, as well as establishing strategic partnerships with world-class vendors to strengthen CITIC Telecom CPC’s offerings and service levels.
​
Prior to CITIC Telecom CPC, Mr. Kwong held various development and management roles in the IT sector over 16 years, including at Motorola, and he was also the senior manager of Information Technology at Jones Lang LaSalle Limited, responsible for IT management across the Asia Pacific region.
​
Mr. Kwong holds a Bachelor Degree of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master Degree in Information Technology from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, in addition to professional qualifications for ITIL.

His major responsibility is to supervise the development of innovative cloud computing (SmartCLOUDTM) and information security (TrustCSITM) managed services which target to enterprise customers.
Danny holds a Bachelor Degree of electronic and information engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also holds different professional qualifications such as VCP, OCP, CCNP and CCDP.

Jeff has been working in Dell for more than 10 years and before taking the existing role, he took several consulting roles including Senior Solutions Consultant and Services Engagement Manager.

Nick Ng is the Team Lead of the Consultant team for Fortinet Hong Kong and Macau region. He has more than 10 years consulting experience in the network security industry.

Prior to Fortinet, he was working in security distributor handling market leading Security solution. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting & Corporate Governance at the City University of Hong Kong.

Sum joined Veeam in 2013 as Senior Regional System Engineer, later promoted to System Engineer Team Lead for Greater China in 2016, where he works with Veeam’s partners and customers to realise the benefits of Veeam’s software solutions. As part of the Asia & Japan SE team, Sum works hand in hand with Veeam’s partner community providing training and assistance as necessary to drive sales results.

Sum brings with him over 9 years of professional experience in Data Availability and Management solutions and 22 years in the IT industry working with SMB and Enterprise sized organisations where he can analyze technical and business issues, and develop tools for effective solutions quickly. Sum brings a solid technical foundation, coupled with strong professional and business knowledge to customers.

In addition, He has to establish and review the IT policies and strategies in order to meet the goal and mission of the company. He has over 16 years diverse working experience of IT management, system development, operation and maintenance support within the IT field.
John received a Bachelor Degree of Science (Hons) from the City University of Hong Kong and earned the Master Degree of Business Administration from University of South Australia. He is also a certified MCP MCITP holder.
