Summit Highlights

Retail is the most diverse and dynamic industry handling widest range of products from equally large numbers of suppliers and, naturally, the highest number of customers. To succeed in the digital business era, retailers have to stretch their boundaries. This requires rethinking their business model, deciding how to transform into digital businesses and making the right technology investments to become digital leaders.

Carrying the theme of “Mastering the Digital Retail Experience in the New Customer Economy", this executive summit is tailored for Senior Business & IT retail and eCommerce professionals. Our expert speakers will discuss how technologies can help to drive growth and competitive advantages and share with us their opinions/insights on these key business opportunities and challenges on the big changes occurring in retail that are reshaping the old rules for customer-centric merchandising, flexible fulfillment, loyalty, CRM, social media selling, personalization, omni-channel marketing and promotions, and the proliferation of new competitive concepts.
