Trajectory of Cloud & Business in the Post Pandemic World

 

The race to support the business during the pandemic was initially fraught with missteps, staff challenges, evolved customer requirements, unpredictable costs and more. The experience led us to learn and adopt to rapid scale, more flexible IT environments, unique security challenges and application and business modifications to support the “new norm”. This session will detail collectively learned experiences across thousands of enterprises but more importantly will discuss the “go forward” strategies and plans currently being implemented to cloud, application and business SOP’s.
