The number of remote employees is skyrocketing, business is being conducted online and in digital channels, and the underlying infrastructure needs to support this changing dynamic seamlessly.  The rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus is challenging all banks and financial institutions to act in ways normally reserved for war, depressions, or natural disasters.
