Ir. Allen Yeung

Ir Allen Yeung has extensive experience in the ICT field. He held BSEE from the University of Texas at Austin, MSEE from Purdue University and Executive MBA from HKUST-Kellogg Northwestern University.
​
As GCIO, his responsibilities include formulating ICT policies and strategies; leading the E-government programmes; promoting and developing ICT industry as key business and economy driver; and bridging the digital divide.
​
Prior to joining the Government in July 2015, Ir Yeung was the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. Ir Yeung started his career in 1987 in the Silicon Valley, working for many hi-tech companies. In 1995, he relocated to Hong Kong to further his career development, and served in several senior management positions for multinational enterprises and Hong Kong listed companies.

Ir Yeung has contributed significantly in promoting and developing the innovation and technology industry in Hong Kong and the region. He has served on many councils and advisory committees in the ICT industry associations, business angel networks, engineer professional bodies, as well as educational institutions.

Kok-Tin is a partner within PwC's Risk Assurance practice with over 12 years of experience in IT governance, cyber security strategy and framework, cyber security governance, security management, IT risk, technology architecture and ethical hacking.
Kok-Tin is extremely well versed in developing a holistic cyber security strategy, banking technology risk management guidelines and technical review tools. He is also one of the co-author of many technology risk management guidelines issued by the financial regulator in Asia.
Kok-Tin is a Certified Chartered Account (CCA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Geoff has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT&T), having held senior roles or consulting extensively across a number of industry sectors - notably in Telecommunications, Petroleum, IT, Finance, Defence, Retail and Hospitality. Always having a strong technology focus, Geoff has held traditional IT&T staff roles as well as broader R&D, strategic marketing and corporate planning positions.

His career has taken him from Australia, to the UK, the USA and several locations in Asia. Today he is a well-respected technology advisor to several of Asia’s largest companies, especially in the areas of IT strategy, security and governance. He continues, as he has since 1997, to work extensively with the Jardine Matheson Group, one of world’s oldest and largest diversified business groups with some 400,000 colleagues, principally in Asia.

Geoff is an Australian, married with two adult children and lives in Hong Kong. He holds a MBA with a Finance major from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers [MIEEE], a Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society [MACS(Snr)] and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors [FAICD].

Tim Archer is the Group Security Officer at CK Hutchison. Prior to joining CK Hutchison Tim was a Security Architect for Cathay Pacific and held numerous consulting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers in cyber security and computer forensics, and a security engineering role with CSC. Tim has worked across numerous locations including Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Bangalore, and in numerous industries including transport and logistics, banking and finance, mining, oil and gas, government, telecommunications and manufacturing. Tim believes in taking a common sense and pragmatic approach to cyber security, which includes educating the business on cyber risk, tackling cyber risk as a business issue and not just an IT issue, threat profiling to focus cyber security investment on managing the highest cyber security risks first, and balancing positive and negative risk.
Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in IT from Swinburne University, a Certificate III in Investigative Services and qualifications in SABSA, ITIL and GIAC GSEC.

Sam Coco is Associate Director, Information Security & Technology Risk, Asia Pacific for Fidelity International. Based in Hong Kong since 2011, Sam oversees information security, cyber security and cyber defense operations across the region.
Sam has over 10 years of experience in the security and technology field. Prior to his current role, Sam was the Information Security, Senior Manager for Asia Pacific where his role focused on governance, risk and compliance as well as supporting operational security across the region.
Previous to that, Sam was part of Fidelity International’s Corporate Security function where he was involved in internal investigations, employee vetting and due diligence activities associated with security assurance.
Sam started his career in Sydney Australia in 2003 and held a number of desktop support and system administration roles before joining Fidelity International in 2005.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from The University of Western Sydney. He is also CISSP and CISA certified.

Apart from her cyber security duties, Ms Hui is also a member of the Police Negotiation Cadre working as a crisis negotiator.

Ms Hui obtained her Master degree of Science in Managerial Leadership from the Edinburgh Napier University in United Kingdom and worked in the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Police as a fraud investigator before joining the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau.

Nick Savvides

Nick Savvides is responsible for Symantec’s Cyber Security Strategy across Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, Savvides’ charter is to provide local market insights that influence global strategic planning and product development. Savvides works also with organisations and governments to develop their cyber security strategies and solve complex business problems. He has worked on some of the largest business information security projects in Australia, affecting the way many Australian’s interact with their employers, banks and governments.
An information security expert, with more than 20 years’ experience, Savvides has spent the last 11 years at Symantec in various product and sales engineering roles. He has presented at more than 60 conferences, contributed to many high profile panel discussions and regularly appears in the media on cyber security related topics.
Prior to joining Symantec, Savvides worked for The University of Melbourne in various IT related roles. Most notably, Savvides managed the computing technologies at the Centre of Excellence for Quantum Computing and was responsible for developing nuclear microprobe analysis and diagnostic tools.
Savvides is an active member of the IT Security community and a member of a number of industry bodies. He is a Science graduate of The University of Melbourne majoring in Physics and Computer Science.
